You should pay TLS (as in the entire team involved in the project, individually) so they can work faster, but even so, it’s not worth for the TLS team to rush things and then release the final product with a lot of mistranslations, mistakes, typos, and all that (just like a lot of the softsubs I’ve seen as of late sometimes). That would seriously annoy you more (unless you really don’t care what the actual story’s about).
